Hugo Boss Jour Pour Femme | Spring/Summer Fragrance

This perfume girls, is hands down the best blind buy I have ever made!
So I was planning on buying a nice, fresh, slightly citrusy and ever so slightly floral scent for this Spring/Summer. After sniffing through tons of perfumes I had decided to go for either My Burberry, the brand new release by Burberry or Narcisco by Narcisco Rodriguez. But, both of them were a bit too expensive for my budget. Although I must add, Narcisco by Narcisco Rodriguez smells divine!
So when my stint at the mall did not come out with a positive result, that is, a brand-new bottle of perfume in my hand I sorted to online shopping at . Obviously I got even more confused, was almost going to buy a DKNY perfume when I saw this.
A neat looking photograph of a slim and tall white bottle grabbed my attention. It had no pretences. Neither a Marc Jacob-y gimmicky packaging, nor the excessively high “designer-label” price-tag. Just a simple sleek bottle, and a simple name – Jour meaning Day, how appropriate!
Off course I had to remind myself that Hugo Boss fragrances had never disappointed me….ever.  I mean Deep Red is my all time favourite perfume, and so is Boss Femme…so I decided to give it a go.
If I have to describe this fragrance and words, I’d say – sparkling, fresh, clean, calming, feminine with a slight unisex quality in it.
Top Notes: Agathosma, Grapefruit Flower, Lime Accord
Heart Notes: Honeysuckle, Lilly of the Valley, Freesia
Base Notes: Creamy Amber, White Birch, Orris

“BOSS JOUR was inspired by the The HUGO BOSS woman who is successful, elegantly composed and on-the-go from the moment the first light of day comes up. BOSS JOUR is an elegant floral fruity fragrance.
 Based on 3 key facets:
The ‘Light’ facet: The juicy, citrusy freshness feels like the first rays of light on a sunny day radiating a positive sense of anticipation.
The ‘Inspiring’ facet: A colourful floral bouquet, a perfect match to the many facets of the BOSS Jour woman’s day, getting the her in the mood for whatever the day might hold.
The ‘Elegantly Composed’ facet: The musky earthy notes mirror feminine strength allowing the BOSS Jour woman to draw from her inner core and approach the day in an elegantly composed way.”

So ..What is your current spring/summer scent?
